Essential Plan covers 14 of your home’s major critical systems including Heating and Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. Essential Plan does not cover your appliances or roof leak repairs. If you aren’t interested in upgrading plans to Premium Plan or Prestige Plan, some coverage like Roof Leak Repair are available as add-ons to the Essential Plan. Thrive Services accepts annual payments as well as installments. This means that you can choose to pay the full amount of your coverage upfront, or you can spread it out over a period of time.
Essential Plan prices vary depending on your property type and size – so you know you’re getting the best deal for your needs. That’s why we need your address to show accurate prices. Premium Plan is always priced above the Essential Plan– bringing you value with all maintenance covered. You can pick your price for Essential Plan by customizing your service and frequency.
Your effective contract date begins 10 days after your order is placed. When you buy online, the date your plan starts shows on the confirmation page and in your whats app & email confirmation! We don’t charge you until your coverage starts, but you can still set up your customer my Account to keep your service history organized, and access maintenance services and member benefits.
